How And Where To Ship The ECOsmarte Control Box For Repair

Please package the control box carefully, including your Name, Address, Email, Phone, and a detailed message about the problems you are experiencing inside the packaging with the Control Box.   Use an "expedited" (UPS Overnight, UPS 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2 Day) and insured service to ship the Control Box, keep a copy of your tracking information.

ECOsmarte will assess the Control Box and will call you to discuss the repairs needed (and cost, if it is out of warranty).  They will then repair the Box and ship it back to you using the same expedited service that was used to ship it in

Turn-around time is very quick.  They will call you the same day it arrives and usually the repair is completed within a day and shipped back to you that day or the following day.

TIP:  If you are in another country or just want to keep the pool algae-free while the control box is being repaired, It is recommended to run the pool with chlorine in the meantime.
