Electrode Chamber Installation Location - The best place to install the electrode chamber in the spa plumbing is on the pressure side of pump one, ideally between shut off valves, after the pump and heater. Take care to allow heater union release. Electrode chamber should be installed vertically.
Control Box Installation Location - The control box should be installed indoors or outdoors, but it should be installed close to the spa for easy access.
Electrical - 110v or 200v per spa manufacturers specifications. All recent Balboa Packs allow the customer to program ozone from the top side.
Plumbing - Side stream ozone or sidestream on recircuclation line
Note: Authorized Balboa dealers can use the bottom board or pack Ozone Plug-In, which is proprietary to Balboa packs. Use a 4-prong on 220v, 3-prong on 110v to connect to the ECOsmarte power cord.
