How To Lower pH In A Spa
Items needed to lower the pH in a spa:
- pH Test Kit or Digital Test Kit
- Liquid Muriatic Acid (Hydrochloric Acid) or Acid Magic (Muriatic Acid Replacment)
1) Test pH.
2) Mix a solution of 4 parts water to one part liquid acid in a cup. Use capfull sizes of muriatic acid.
3) Adjust small amounts at a time to get the pH down to 6.6 - 7.0.
4) Test pH every 15 minutes until the desired range is reached.
