FrogLog Critter Escape Ramp for Swimming Pools

Setup & Placement

1. Inflate the floating platform until firm.
2. Fill the anchor bag with approximately 1½–2 cups of sand or pea gravel and place it inside the fabric pouch.
3. Place the floating platform in the pool with the weighted pouch resting securely on the pool deck.
4. Keep the back edge of the float against the pool wall.
5. For best results, position the FrogLog just upstream from the water flow toward the skimmer. If using multiple FrogLogs, space them around the pool.

For Best Results

• Keep the FrogLog in the pool overnight, when many small animals are most active.
• If possible, cycle the pump and filter off at night. Running the pump overnight can pull animals toward the skimmer before they find the FrogLog.
• If the pump can only be shut off briefly, consider cycling it off around dusk.
• Larger pools or pools with frequent animal activity may benefit from multiple FrogLogs.

Care

Clean with warm soap and water and allow to dry before storing. If the inflatable bladder is punctured, it can be repaired with a PVC patch kit.
