Returned Product:  There is a 15% restocking fee for returned products.  Shipping will not be refunded on returned products. 

Exchange of Misordered Product:  Shipping will be charged for the exchanged product if the product was misordered. 

Exchange of Mis-Shipped Product:  If a product was shipped incorrectly ECOsmarte will cover the cost of the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement product.

Damaged Items:  If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact us to arrange return shipment and a replacement product.  

Refused international Items:  Refused items are not returns.  If an item is refused due to customs fees, (international shipments), the item will not be refunded.  If you have questions about fees please contact us ahead of time to discuss.
